About
I am the person to tell this story because I lived both sides of it: the child who survived instability by becoming invisible and adaptable, and the adult who transformed those same survival strategies into professional competence, leadership, and responsibility. My life reflects how trauma does not always produce obvious dysfunction, but can instead produce high-functioning, capable adults whose success masks unresolved cost. I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience, long-term reflection, and a career built on accountability, systems, and performance, allowing me to examine survival not as an abstract concept, but as a skill set that can both sustain and limit a life. This memoir is not written from a place of immediacy or grievance, but from distance, clarity, and an understanding of how early environments quietly dictate adult behavior.
